Press Release Body = Millbrook, NY (October 2, 2006) -The Business Marketing
Association of the Hudson Valley (BMA-HV) will hold its October meeting at Ship
Lantern Inn in Milton, at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 24. The speaker for the
event will be renowned athlete and businessman/entrepreneur Ajax Green. Ajax's topic
will be "Corporate Social Responsibility, Where Profits and Values Meet."

Says Bud Clarke, BMA-HV President, "In addition to being a very intriguing business
personality, Ajax Green is a world-class athlete and a world-famous rock climber.
His tactics in the business world could be said to be a mirror image of his climbing
strategies. In both cases, he chooses a challenging path that will enable him to
achieve a specific objective. But he also leaves himself the space to encounter the
surprises that make a climb, a business, or a life exhilarating and worthwhile. And
more importantly, all his endeavors are shaped by his understanding of social
responsibility."

Ajax Green has traveled all over the world and has friends throughout the country
and on every continent. A certified Myotherapist & Fitness instructor from an early
age, Ajax has served as a consultant in the fitness industry, overseeing the
development of several multi-million dollar athletic clubs, many of which still use
the "membership satisfaction guarantee" he developed years ago. He has also been a
pioneer in the launch of indoor rock climbing apparatus, and his part in the
creation of the "rotating climbing wall" has resulted in invitations to appear in
magazines, newspapers and on such TV shows as CNN, Lifetime, and The Today Show.

Ajax has also served in the healthcare industry, as the president of a mail-order
pharmacy and as a partner in a health and medical education company specializing in
HIV and Hepatitis. While he has always enjoyed a global perspective in regard to his
fellow man, it was during his time in healthcare that he became totally committed to
corporate social responsibility and developed many pro-social programs for his
companies. Currently Ajax sits on the boards of Sustainable Hudson Valley, the
Gunk's Climbers Coalition, and is active with the Business Alliance for Local Living
Economies and is the founder of the Belay Business Advisors.
